We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, used shower products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

To request a return, please contact us through the Velora Living contact page before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
